On September 6, the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) and the 2023 Beijing Forum on China Building Economy were held in Beijing. The Yintai Foundation Group was ranked among the top 20 benchmark companies in China’s building economy (industrial park) in 2023, and its benchmark project Beijing Yintai Centre was awarded the title of “New Landmark in China’s Building Economy in 2023.”
Co-hosted by the World Trade Point Federation (WTPF), Cluster Think Tank, and the Building Economy and Industrial Park Branch (in preparation) of the China Association for the Promotion of Industrial Development (CAPID), and under with the theme of "Strengthening Industrial Infrastructure and Empowering Urban Industrial Upgrading," the forum strived to promote the return of business buildings and industrial parks to their "industrial infrastructure" nature. It focused on the new challenges and topics faced by the building economy in the new cycle, discussing and jointly creating innovative models for the building economy to support the construction of a modern industrial system.
